How quick will I get my stuff ?
U.K Mainland only
All U.K mainland orders will be sent out via Fedex on a 24hr service.
All orders out received by 3pm will be sent out the same day (Monday to Friday) .
All orders received after 3pm will be sent out the next day.
Order received after 3pm on Friday will be sent out Monday.
Currently we do not offer a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday delivery.
Non U.K Mainland orders
For Isle Of Wight Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly, Channel Isles and Northern Island - All order will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post.
For Rest of World - please email us with your order for a quote.
Delivery cost ?
There will be a 3.00 carriage charge applied to all UK only orders, however large or small. For all worldwide orders please email us.
RETURNS

All Sidewinder products undergo a rigorous manufacturing and testing using the best available materials and processes, however…
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it.
Please notify us before returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.
The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition.
Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us.
As soon as we receive the returned item/s we will arrange for replacement or refund.
